The Integrated Screening Core (ISC) is pleased to announce the availability of the full MISSION shRNA Libraries for the Mount Sinai research community. The MISSION shRNA libraries were developed by the RNAi Consortium (TRC) based at the Broad Institute in collaboration with many academic and commercial partners.  The ISC has acquired the complete TRC 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 libraries for both human and mouse, which are available as bacterial stocks, plasmid or lentivirus.
